Housing Design Standards
The Lewiston - Clarkston Partners Habitat For Humanity affiliate’s housing standards are as follows:
- The total square footage of houses is limited to:
- 2-bedroom house – 950 square feet
- 3-bedroom house – 1050 square feet
- 4-bedroom house – 1200 square feet
- Garages and carports are NOT provided
- One bath is standard
- $1000 of options may be chosed from a list of approved options.
- House size depends on family size and income
